Back to School Essentials

For the majority of college students, back to school time can be stressful. A lot of us are moving into dorms, taking more classes than we probably should be and trying to balance that with a job.

Today I wanted to share a few college essentials of my own with you, because it might help you.

  • A backpack is an obvious essential, but that doesn’t make it any less essential. Trying to carry a ton of books, notebooks, pens, a cell phone, etc. is nearly impossible without one.
  • Flip flops. If you’re living in a dorm or sharing an apartment with someone, you may want to buy a cheap pair of flip flops to shower in.
  • A nice blanket. Nice, warm blankets are underrated and a total must have no matter what. Especially if you’re living in a dorm, where you don’t necessarily have total control over a thermostat. Plus, it’s awesome to curl up with a blanket while you study, which leads me to my next must-have.
  • Candles. If you can have them, get them. Scented candles are a must! They can reduce stress levels and make it easier to concentrate so you can study.
  • Flash Drive. A USB drive will be a necessity.
  • Planner. You’ll need it to keep track of everything. Trust me on this one.
  • A good razor. I use the Schick® Hydro Silk® Razor. It’s a nice disposable razor that has 5 blades and a water-activated moisturizing serum. These come in packs of 3 and are really affordable. I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel like myself if I don’t shave on a regular basis, so this razor is a must have for me. It makes shaving quick and easy without it being irritating or drying. Using the Schick® Hydro Silk® Razor is a good way to make sure you’re always feeling good and confident.

You can find these razors and more back to school essentials at Walmart.
Those are my back-to-school college student essentials.

There are a few things I’ve left out, such as a cell phone & computer as I felt they were much too obvious.

I hope this post is helpful & let me know what your essentials are!
Thanks for reading!
