It Cosmetics recently released the Confidence in Your Glow It’s Your Blush, Bronzer, and Highlighter In One Sweep! Skin-Transforming Healthy Flush Blushing Bronzer. I was lucky enough to receive a press sample with all three of the shades and the new Heavenly Skin One Sweep Wonder Brush that was made to work with the Confidence in Your Glow Powders. I’ve been playing with them and I’m going to show swatches and share my thoughts with you.
The Confidence in Your Glow Blushing Bronzers come in three shades:
- Natural Glow: Rosy toned with a boost of warmth
- Nude Glow: Sheerest natural glow
- Warm Glow: Peachy-pink flush with the richest shade of bronzer for the deepest color payoff
Then, I used the brush made specifically for use with these and applied them mixed together onto my arm so you could see the color payoff. These are very pigmented as you’ll see with the finger swatches, so a light hand is necessary with these.
And here are the arm swatches
(top to bottom: Warm, Nude, Natural)
The arm swatches are one swipe across the palette with the brush and then blended onto the arm. I cleaned the brush between each swatch.
I’ve used these on my face and they are very pigmented. I prefer to use them separately rather than mixing them together, but as you can see, they do work well together. The bronzer, especially in Warm glow, can be a bit intense if you use it alone and aren’t careful. I’m super pale, so I need to be careful with these. The highlight shade is pretty but not super bright so if you aren’t into the intense highlight, you’ll like this.
As I mentioned, they work beautifully when mixed together and the brush does a great job of doing that. The highlight doesn’t overwhelm the other shades or make them super shimmery, it just ends up being a beautiful, glowy cheek color.
Of the three, my favorite is definitely Nude Glow. It’s the most subtle and we all know I don’t go heavy with cheek products. Half the time I don’t even wear blush. I highlight all day long, but I’m terrified of blush.
I’m really happy to add these to my collection and I’ll get a lot of use out of them this spring and summer. Warm glow is a bit much for me at the moment because of how pale I am, but as summer goes on, it just might end up working out.
You can find them on It Cosmetics website, QVC and Ulta!
