Beauty hacks are something that can really be helpful. Whether it’s saving you time, money, or just improving your experience overall, it’s worth knowing a few of these hacks. The hacks we will discuss today are all beauty related.

Nature Made® Adult Gummies Beauty Hacks

First of all, let’s discuss vitamins because beauty begins on the inside. We’ll start with the Nature Made® Hair Skin & Nails Adult Gummies. May help support healthy hair, skin and nails in those deficient in biotin.†.  I’m personally a fan of the Nature Made® Hair Skin & Nails Adult Gummies because I’ve always been unable to swallow larger pills.

Nature Made® Hair Skin & Nails Adult Gummies provides 2500 mcg biotin and 100 mg vitamin C per serving. Vitamin C provides antioxidant support and supports collagen synthesis†. These Gummies are the only Beauty Gummies that are USP verified, so you know that what’s on the label, is what’s in the gummies. So you can get more from your Beauty Gummies. Delicious Mixed Berry, Cranberry and Blueberry flavors.

Another vitamin I want to mention is the Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies. I really like these because they support cellular energy production in the body††.

Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies contain 1000 mcg vitamin B12 per serving. Delicious Cherry and Mixed Berry flavors.

I take the recommended serving of each of these gummies daily. I chose this brand because Nature Made® has the 1st Gummies to receive USP verification, which is super cool. The U.S. Pharmacopeia Convention (USP) is a third party nonprofit organization that verifies products for purity, potency, and quality. Since they have acquired this verification from USP for purity and potency, Nature Made Adult Gummies is “a gummy you can trust” and you can be completely certain that these have the nutrients you’re seeking.

Incorporating the Nature Made® Hair Skin & Nails Adult Gummies and Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies into your daily routine is simple and it takes no time to take them. The most difficult part is remembering to take them, so I recommend keeping them on your bedside table so whether you prefer to take them at night or in the morning, they’ll be right there. You’ll know exactly what nutrients you’re getting from the Nature Made® Hair Skin & Nails Adult Gummies and Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies, and that’s why I recommend them.

  • HACK #2 : WATER

Another super important “hack” is to drink as much water as possible. Seriously. Hydrating your body can help your skin, hair, and other aspects of your health. Plus, it’s super easy.

Bronzing and contouring are things many of us do on a daily basis. Sometimes, it’s extremely difficult to find the perfect shade of bronzer or contour, but I have two solutions for you. First, use a darker concealer to contour. Second, use a foundation powder as contour powder or in place of bronzer. This sounds weird, but think about it. Foundation powders come in a range of shades and undertones so what better way to find your perfect bronzer or contour shade than by picking a deeper foundation powder?
A lot of us don’t like to carry makeup with us when we go out. We don’t always have room in our bags for a powder, lipstick, etc. If you have room for a makeup brush, I have you covered because you can simply take the brush with you. This will have excess powder still in the bristles or you can even load it up and cover the brush head until you need to use it. If you have a retractable brush, that’s even better! This also works with powder puffs and retractable lip brushes.
There are days where there is no time. You woke up late, you couldn’t stop hitting snooze, etc. If you have 5 minutes, you can pull yourself together. If you can skip the foundation, skip it. Otherwise, try something lighter. Apply a little blush, tinted chapstick, and mascara. If you have an extra minute, apply a little highlighter to your cheek bones, brow bone and inner corners of your eyes. Grab a skin tone or lighter eyeliner and line your waterline. This will do so much to make you look awake and put together.
I have times where when I’m applying my nail polish and there are air bubbles in it. It’s not cute and it’s super annoying. To keep this from happening, toss your bottle of polish in the fridge for a few minutes before applying. I know, it’s weird, but it works.
Occasionally your liquid lipstick is going to betray you. It’s going to apply streaky and horribly, for no apparent reason. This is a weird but simple fix for that: toss it in the fridge for about 15 minutes then shake it up. You wouldn’t think this would make a difference, but it totally does. It won’t fix a terrible formula, but it’ll fix the good ones!

Sometimes, your foundation can look heavy. Sometimes your skin is extra dry and it seems like nothing is going to work. But, I recommend mixing your foundation with moisturizer and/or a facial oil before applying. This will make it a little thinner and more hydrating.

Body scrubs, facial scrubs, and lip scrubs can get expensive. Why pay for them when you can make your own? It’s easy. You can use either coffee grounds or sugar as the base, add in coconut oil or your preferred oil, and a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Store it in an air tight container!
It seems like everyone wants fuller lips lately but it can be challenging to achieve the look. Some lip plumpers can be a bit harsh and tend to be on the expensive side. You can make your own by simply putting a drop of peppermint oil into your favorite lip gloss.
Those are my hacks for you for today. If you’d like more in the future, let me know!
